- Initial Operations. One
of the most important contributions StarAnchor makes
is the commencement of operations. There are a myriad of
requirements in order to get a business functional. Our start-up
experience assures that each of these requirements is dealt with
in a timely and effective manner, all the while maintaining
commitment to fundamental principles and strategic
objectives.
- Ramp Up. Promptly upon
establishment of the entity and commencement of operations, the
focus shifts to rapid increase in the volume of business.
StarAnchor is also experienced in creating and managing
organizations that can accommodate explosive growth. At the same
time, we begin to organize for stability and initiate the search
for the senior executive staff that will lead the organization for
the long term.
- Interim Executive.
Often, it is impossible, or at least impractical, to recruit the
preferred senior management team into a very early stage company.
Either the target individuals are reluctant to take the risk on
such an entity, or the compensation requirements are so severe
that they become unaffordable. In such instances, StarAnchor
provides staff competent and capable to fill all required
senior management roles on an interim basis until the permanent
senior management team is recruited and in place.
- Board Participaton.
StarAnchor's compensation position establishes an
ongoing interest in the governance and strategic direction of the
entity. As a result, we maintain a board position and participate
regularly in governance and strategic matters.
- Growth Strategy, Tactics,
Implementation. Throughout its involvement with the company,
as an advisor, interim senior executive, and board member,
StarAnchor provides its expertise to continue to
drive growth through strategic direction, tactical initiatives,
and exemplary implementation.
- Our ultimate goal is to provide
such a successful commercialization experience to clients, capital
partners, and licensees that - as opportunities continue to
surface - our collective ability to capitalize on them grows while
the time it takes to do so shrinks.
